Good deal as it is 3 pack, but keep in mind this is AC2200 x3 nodes. Guessing the speed max out at around 500Mbps.
I've had this system for about 2.5 years and it's solid. About as good as it gets for a Wi-Fi 5 mesh system, in my opinion. You can plug each node into an ethernet port for slightly better speeds if your home allows for it, but you shouldn't feel like you need to do so. This will get you as much speed as anyone actually needs. (If you feel like a device *needs* to be pulling more than the ~350 mbps that these things give me consistently in every corner of my home, that device probably shouldn't be connected by Wi-Fi.)

I highly recommend them. The app makes managing the system easy as can be. Reliable coverage even in tricky places. Ethernet connection is an option on all nodes (which is NOT the case on lots of mesh systems) and also delivers good signal without it. If you're in the market for a mesh system and not determined to get a WiFi 6 system above all other priorities, I'd recommend this.

thanks for pointing that out, i was like, they tryna trick me with that "AC6600" jawn!

..but really i didn't know mesh was supposed to be additive speeds..is that assuming your wifi card is doing banding with overlapping coverage? currently running a tp-link archer a20 (ac4000) [bhphotovideo.com]..but maybe good for future-proofing?

Can I hook this up to my orbi rbk50 Satellite some how to provide a couple extra nods for more coverage? I'm good with it being slower. Or even if it's a different SSID.

For my gigabit connection, max I got was 350mbps from main router. So I returned it (bought the same deal few weeks back from same seller). But everything came looking new with Ethernet cables and stuffs

Naming conventions are all over the place. Each unit is capable of providing 3 streams:
5ghz 866.7mbps
5ghz 866.7mbps
2.4ghz 400mbps

That's the maximum theoretical throughput of 802.11ac or wifi 5 in the 5ghz channels. As for top speeds - that's it across all wifi 5 devices per channel. Some might have more channels - compatibility with clients and network devices will determine how fast your bandwidth is.

That plus quality of the components inside. This one reviews well but speeds drop off pretty fast the further you get away from the router.

If you want faster speeds you check reviews on the best wifi 5 devices and also expect to pay more or look at wifi 6 which is generally much better for speeds. Wifi 6e is even better but last I checked - really expensive since it's cutting edge.

I hate promoting Linksys cause 90% of their products are failures expect for their switches, still love their switches. The triband Velop is an exception its a very good and powerful product not to be confused with the trash dumpster the dual band velop is that a lot of people have experience with and confuse this product with.

All that being said for $100 for 3 nodes as long as you dont care about getting speeds over 500Mbps over wifi this is a nice pickup. The max I ever seen on this is around 550ish Mbps so its able to hit just over 500Mbps to a single device with proper client and settings.

As long as all 3 devices are the router model this is a good pickup for those with internet under 500Mbps who want coverage. There were some packages that had one router and two dual bands nodes, again trash product.

I seen these guys hit around 550Mbps but that is their literal max and not consistent.

While I do recommend wifi 6 a lot it has a lot of benefits including passive to older devices this is actually a good price, if you never plan on getting speeds over 500Mbps from your ISP it will last you awhile hopefully, since it is a refurbished product.

Bought for my parents house to eliminate dead zones.

I do wish they had more Ethernet ports so I didn't need to connect the satellite units to switches to power the entertainment center in the living room.

I'd like to know if you could also add this to other mesh systems if anyone knows? I have an eero AC mesh system and would like to extend mine further with something like this maybe?

I have this setup and wouldn't recommend it. They advise you to use their smartphone app but the app has been broken for months. If you check recent app reviews you can see most users are complaining about it. You can only manage it from the web browser currently. Web browser has fewer features than the smartphone app.

Overall very expensive but atrocious software. Never buying Linksys again.

IDK, I've had bad luck with refurbished. Always some odd little glitch that never gets addressed by the refurber. Pretty much swore off refurbs years ago. Tempting, though.
