I was debating between this or getting Blair Park at Rooms To Go which is totally different look. Simple couch with high pillows, no recline. $655 plus tax and have a gift card that will offset shipping
A lot of the reviews are for the loveseat with center console which is on sale for the same price
I had an oversized double recliner sofa (2 pieces) and they were just indiviual recliners with one armrest missing and they connected together with a bracket - made the delivery easy

Yes the sofa came as 3 pieces and they put it together when it was delivered.

And if a 6' guy sits on the sofa, will the headrest still be able to support his head?

Its a decent recliner. Pretty comfortable. I have it for 6 months now and still works well. I was deciding between this and the loveseat. I went w the loveseat because its only my fiance and I. That lil tiny seat in the middle would be pretty pointless anyways.
