I have a similar one that I bought at Costco for $800 a couple of years ago. They are extremely heavy. Good luck moving this up the stairs like I did with my townhome. I'm contemplating adding a contingency that the buyer should own this whenever I sell my house, lol.

That's cheap but makes sense, sofas in warehouse are $200 less to account for delivery - $200 is expensive for delivery but I guess there is "insurance" built in for return pick ups which are free
