The sofa is right for me, not too firm and definitely not too soft.

I had store rep check local store inventory and was told this model is currently not carried at any warehouses within 200 mi from me, Northern Cali.
The movers themselves are also being pushed beyond reason as well. The guys who finally (after a lot of hiccups on Logistics' end) brought me the couch let me in on their schedule, and apparently they were allotted 15 minutes to unload, bring in, set up, clean up, and document each large item once they were on-site.
I hope it's gotten better as supposedly this is a supply chain + labor shortage issue last year, but my issues were in just January of this year so it's not like it was that long ago.
Still, I haven't found any other place to get leather match sofas at even remotely close to these prices so... it's difficult to say no. I won't comment on the quality of mine as it is a different brand/model to the one in this particular deal.

They had a nicer looking one with all the bells and whistles but it was $1400, and I needed 2. ( I don't like love seats.)
The ones I got have "springed" yet firm cushions, so if you lay flat, all the away across, as in a traditional non-recliner, you can easily fall asleep.
The bells and whistles one was not as comfortable when laying in this position, and were much softer.
Don't know if it's true but have read, that softer sofas do not last as long.
I have had no problems with the motors.
