Got this couch back in August 2021 for same price and use it regularly. It was in high demand back then and I had to check several warehouses. Everything works fine and is still comfy to sit, recline and sleep across. Use common sense and don't distribute heavy weight to the reclining ends and the motor will be fine. Charging ports are not the fastest but does a decent job for phones. I'd recommend for an apartment living room but not for a large house.

Why apartment living but not large house? It is a 90" sofa with 67" of seating space. An average 3 seater is 70"-87". Long is 96".

We went to our local retailer, spent a lot more on a Stressless brand stationary sofa and two Stressless recliners with ottomans. No power. Love them.
If I bought online, could I return it store for a faster refund?

I don't think you will find a Top-Grain leather couch with these extras for $1k delivered. With that said, Costco quality is all-over the place. But if you don't like they will pick up and take back without much issue.

I Googled before I bought since I wasn't sure and I guess Top-grain leather is the one thst won't flake off. Both of these are top grain lesther for the seating area. Sides and back are synthetic leather but since those are not heavy traffic areas should be fine
