My experience. Got the Messina Power sofa from Costco. Included power headrest which was a nice feature. Didn't work on delivery. Power failed again after 60 days. We sent it back. Took 3 weeks to get the credit. No paperwork was turned in. If my wife didn't spend many hours on the phone, tracking it, we may never have been given the credit. The frame/base is odd. We have LVT planks, and as heavy as it was, it keep sliding back toward the wall and needed to be pulled back several times a day. It also needed to be a lot further from the back wall than stated in the directions. That allowed the back of it to be seen, and it was a bad look.

Important. If you buy it at the store, and want to return it, you must bring it back to Costco.
If you order online, they deliver and pick it up for free. If you don't get Gold Glove delivery, the Costco T&C state you must return it with all original packaging. Don't know if that's enforced. If you get Gold Glove delivery and setup, no problem.

We went to our local retailer, spent a lot more on a Stressless brand stationary sofa and two Stressless recliners with ottomans. No power. Love them.
