Make the delivery people plug it in before leaving. They didn't. I asked aren't you going to make sure it works? They answered "no, we can't do anything if it doesn't." After they left, I plugged it in. It didn't work. I called Costco. After several days I was called. The man I spoke to, told me to turn it over and check everything. I'm 75, and not very strong. I got on my knees, and looked with a flashlight. I did not turn it over. A week later, the same delivery people came down, yes, the ones that said they couldn't do anything, and they turned it over and pushed the wiring together very hard. It then worked. Worked for 2 months.

Before they did that though, they told me my plugs were bad. I had to demonstrate that the plugs were working fine.

Biglots = Big CROOKS. Placed an order for pick up. Received an email saying it's ready for pick up. Go there and they can't find it. Says they will cancel the order. Instead they say I picked it up and charged my card. After wasting so much time proving I didn't pick it up... I won't get my money back onto my card until next billing cycle.

I recently placed an order for this sofa (3+2) it is total $1998. I though it is a good deal but when I see another sofa "Fallon leather sofa", https://www.costco.com/fallon-lea...32785.html though it is out of stock currently, but it is coming around $1588 (3+2). Features look similar both are top grain etc but not sure then what is difference. Why Fallon sofa with same is quite less even after big discount on Carey leather sofa.
Could someone please help me to understand if this is really a good deal with total $900 saving on 3+2 ?
