Incase we face any issue with the sofa (ripping off from sides where it has vinyl not real leather), can we return back to costco within 2 years ? Will they come and pick up ?

They tried delivery few minutes ago. It was one piece and they determined it will not fit on elevator (with box it was 93 inch). I was also not enthusiastic about accepting this big and bulky item. They called their logistics team and that team called me to confirm. I requested return and will get refund.

it was one big box, but they opened outside the home, and got the pieces one by one. just the bottom part is one big piece

So my sofa was delivered today and there is one dimple spot that looks like it will form a hole on the upper left (left of the left most cushion on the wing - think leather match) What do you think I should do?

The bottom seat portion is one piece. The back rest comes as 3 separate pieces. Easy to disassemble if u need to move it to another room.

Yeah, but the dimple is so sharp it looks like a hole will form - its on the other side too, not as bad almost like the delivery men dug their nails

I called Costco, if they replace the wing or whatever you call on the side thats worse I'll be happy

Otherwise the sofa is nice , just have to leave it a few inches from the wall which looks strange and have to keep coffee table far away

They delivered sofa this morning. I like it especially the cloud zero recliners and powered head rests. They both are cool,the leather quality is good.I have no complaints its very worth for that price !

Online scheduling showed weeks out but the original delivery date held and got the call the night before. Not sure if you scheduled online or if perhaps you're far from their distribution center with inventory.
