Well my 500 came today I don't know what my diabetic ass but to do with all that the goal is just to a day not gonna eat more than that came in two boxes one box Goin straight in the freezer

Diabetes is overrated. Almost everyone over 40 and overweight is a type 2.

The key is to move if you have type 2 diabetes or about to. Keep moving and keep burning calories. Losing the fat and unhealthy lifestyle is the only real way to reverse most of the damage that is going on or have already been done.

I have a major sweet tooth and my only way to keep it in check is to literally move so much that the empty calories gained is immediately lost on the same day. So the whole "balance" talk basically.

Costco had it on sale also at $8, but a little more. Costco bag is 50 pieces, Sam's Club bag is (I guess) 45 pieces.
