No rtings.com review
The Youtube review by Tech Steve suggests it is not a bad TV for the $280 or so MSRP at the time.
Consumer Reports, for what it is worth, gives it a 1 / 5 for HDR.
Too bad rtings has not tested it.
I was looking for a good 43" TV for my home office room to replace my 32" 1080P TV, but all the 43" sets have far lower ratings on rtings.com, except far more expensive ones like the Samsung 90A, but that is $999 for a 43 inch, which I will not pay for a TV I will not watch that much...
So I was forced to go up to the 50" size and the NEW Hisense 50U6G1 on sale for $379. Not happy that I had to get something so big, but did not think paying the same or more for a 43" set with (much) lower HDR quality made sense...
E.g. Sony's $599.99 43" X85J has a 7.2 HDR score on rtings.com vs an 8.0 HDR score for
the U6G which costs $220 less... $379)
