Costco has it for $650, which includes haul away:

My wife is very happy with it, there are NO digital controls on it, it's the old fashion one with knobs.
ETA: Customer service initially reject my adjustment, but got them to refund the $700 with a one time courtesy adjustment when I mentioned I would just return and rebuy.
