These are contractor grade so the leaks in these will be larger and better.
wonder if these are any better than the other 2-3 set of these type of hose i've purchased in the past. they all leaked on me.
It means the marketing department wants uninformed homeowners to think that it is professional equipment.

Looks pretty good for the price. I bought a similar looking Teknor Apex Zero-G a few years ago (same mfg maybe?) and it's been great for occasional use. It would also be great for an RV. I wouldn't expect the same level of water flow from these hoses as compared to a standard 3/4 hose and I wouldn't leave these in the sun. They are much lighter than normal hoses, and they are MUCH easier to hide in something like a flower pot (or RV cabinet) when not in use.

Oh, and expandable hoses are garbage. Don't buy those. This one is not expandable.

This is also 3/4 inch hose, so flow should be the same.

I got an earlier aquajoe hose (lightweight one that proudly said "Made in Italy") It burst in one season after dragging it across my pavers...I believe that one small twig stuck in a crack tore through the jacket. Did not realize it until warranty ended.

This is one of the places where the old tech cant be beat; heavy rubber "commercial" hose that is so thick that it breaks most residential hose reels, but has lasted well over 10 years with no tears, kinks, etc.

If this was a Home Depot deal this would be Frontpage because of their good return policy. With it being ebay who knows the quality. So even with the promise of Contractor grade you have to assume it will fail like a typical hose.

Unless you're looking for portability, get these but if you're looking for durability, get the heavy rubber hose ones. There's one made by Goodyear. They probably use the same rubber on their tires which is pretty durable for a hose.

This looks similar to the type that Costco has for $45 for a 100ft hose and has a 5 year warranty and Costco returns are usually easier than most places. I've been using the Costco one for 2+ years (take it inside for winter) and it is still working great! (now that I've jinxed myself I'm sure it fails within months...)

I have had good year break on me too. It busted at the metal threads. Best hose I've had (4 years now) is the black continental commercial grade hose. It broke my plastic hose reel, but it's solid!
