Anyways, for the XR, carrier versions TIV seem to be $235 for TMO and $135 for Verizon or unlocked. This Samsung promo value is $300 for XR. . . This is supposed to be towards unlocked version phone purchase of S22 line, flip, fold, or s21FE. Not carrier version. And in store purchase only.
Please let me know where you are seeing $400 TIV for an XR. Have one waiting to trade, and that would be sweet!
I didn't check ATT aspect, as I hear you might need new line, and otherwise have not looked at them since pre Cingular/smartphone lol. . .decades without any desire to be with them.
And I guess if unlocked S22 series is your final destination. . .then middle ground deal (especially for ATT customers not wanting to also add a line) would be to just do a legit in store Sammy promo bump trade of $300 for XR towards a S22 plus unlocked ($699 TMO or VZW, or $599 ATT) or S22 Ultra ($899 for TMO/VZW and just $799 for ATT)

I have a S9 with TIV of $200.
Trade towards the Z Flip 3 Tmobile version is $500. The unlocked version is $800, would I be able to trade in my S9 on the Tmobile version?
Trade that in for $800 TIV towards S22U.
My out of pocket would be $300 + $100 + taxes and fees right?
