Unless there's a significant discount, I would avoid buying from Zavvi. I've purchased 3 technic sets like this one (Bugatti, Land Rover, Porsche), and 2 out of the 3 came with damaged boxes. Their customer service is extremely weak. Since it's only a $10 discount, I would personally go with Walmart.

If you have a local Lego store, check it. I'm in chicago and all 4 Chicago area Lego stores have it in stock. Online should restock very soon

Keep in mind that Zavvi ships European market boxes to the US. The boxes are usually a bit different. I see a slight difference; the one i got from Amazon US (was available for a short time last month), says "1432 pcs/pzs", which is a bit different from the EU model. Also in the past, most US models include Age Range and the EU did not. I think Lego is doing away with that in their "Adult" sets like this one. I think the Zaavi sets are legit but they have a poor merchant rep (though pushed a lot on this site) due to slow or damaged shipping and unreliable customer support.

See this at Walmart for retail price. Any reason to get from Zavi vs Walmart other than to save $10? Does Zavi not charge tax?

I ordered this from (shipped and sold by) Walmart earlier this month. The estimated delivery date was one week from the order date. The delivery date came and went without a delivery. 2 days after the delivery date, Walmart cancels my order because they "don't have sufficient stock", yet I could still order it from Walmart at the $180 MSRP.

FWIW, I've ordered 8 Technic sets and several other Lego sets from Zavvi based on deals posted here. Zero issues with damaged boxes to the left coast on any of their shipments. I am very likely to get a dented car if I visit my local Walmart, so I'd rather order from Zavvi. Also, maybe DHL in my area is more kind to packages than to other locations.

Problem with that is they're good till they're not... and when they're not, you're screwed. At least other retailers have some semblance of customer service and you can probably get a replacement or refund without wanting to shoot yourself.
