These are service and repair manuals. Not the operator manual. Or the owners manual as you called it. The owners manual is accessible through the in car touch screen or via your Tesla account, which is required to order a vehicle. These are at no cost.

It's right next to the page that shows $25,000 battery replacement.
LOL. After 10 years It'll be at 90%, so I'll be fine. Heck, after 10 years batteries will be a lot cheaper, I'll upgrade to a 1000 mi battery for $20k, and celebrate my new car. ◉‿◉

Gas is $6 a gallon in California. So say $100 a week. I charge at work for free, so $5k savings in gas per year. With charging at home, would save around 3-4k per year vs gas. Cost of the car itself is fairly high but will save about 40-50k in gas over the life of the car if it lasts 8-10 years, assuming a constant gas price which we know won't happen. Paid about 50k for the dual motor model 3
Just a lot of fear of change and values based hate going on with these trolls who have all kinds of ideas of what it should be backed by anecdotal stories.

My Tesla turns out to be slightly less expensive than a Honda Accord EX over the lifetime of the vehicle.

Plus it's super cool, safer, fun, and much better for the environment.

On my 2nd Tesla. The navigation is excellent tbh Routing with super charger network is just icing on the cake. Tesla in car software is generations ahead of anything other manufacturers can offer currently. One of the best in class sound systems, streaming and software updates are on another level.
I will consider other brands if they offer something compelling. So far nothing of value and available within a reasonable time frame.
All other cars are a compromise in some form or another. I like the Ioniq5, but first iteration. Already quite a few issues. Hopefully will get sorted out in a few years.
Ford's mustang is a non-starter
VW ID4 does not have enough range, nor does the Toyota/Subaru joint venture.

I'm interested in seeing how the Rivian pans out.
Also Tesla OTA (Over The Air) update is a strong advantage. VW and Ford might claim they too have it. They have not proof it when doing any major recall update push or anything. Most of them will need the owner going to a local dealership to have the tech or engineer do the OTA or connect into the car to do the updates.

No idea how I'm going to use it! Any tips from experienced drivers would be helpful!
Air & Cabin filters ? How frequently do we need to change them !? Any other regular maintenance !
I recently got a model Y
I think on the user's manual on my M3 it was 6 months. But I do cycle of internal air I change my less often maybe 1.5 to 2 years. And I get 3rd party air filter from Amazon. Althou Tesla two air filter is about $17 each. So it about 50% cheaper elsewhere. I am sure if you do Tesla service and need changing they might do it free if you have other services in the shop. I think last time they just charge me for the air filters.

Yea, my early investment I can paid off my M3 but why? I invested in Tesla for old term and it is a bad time to sell shares now. Tesla just started and building more Gigifactory soon. They have no demand issue and all in the short supplies and not being able to make more quick enough. I highly recommend any investors to get some shares when it drop to below $500 which it will very soon.

Hold it for 10 plus year and it will double or 10x. P.S. I too reserved two CTs. Not sure about getting FSD again as I am on the FSD Beta program now. I might do the subscription or see who FSD mature before investing on it again.

Can wait to try this latest FSD firmware version but can't until my v12 battery is replaced Mad

Heck, even if one don't care about all of the hype and environment benefits. Just the raw acceleration and safety alone should attract lot of drivers. I challenge any drivers to do a seat and butt test drive and you are hook on the smoothness of any EVs and raw power.

There is no traditional air filter- there's no engine to need air.

Also no oil to change, no spark plugs to change, no belts to change, no transmission or power steering fluid to change, none of that junk.

There's a cabin filter, it's in the center console basically and Tesla suggests you change it every 2 years but YMMV a bit on local climate.... and you change the AC dessicant bag every 4 years for Model Y (every 6 for Model 3).

Other than that there's no regular maintenance at all other than check your brake fluid every 2 years, change as needed..... and then normal wear items as on any car like tires and windshield wipers.

I'm a long term investor (growing faster than my 401k) but thought it would be neat to liquidate some $TSLA to buy the car, so i sold some back in March when i took delivery of the car... when TSLA was at 1000. When I first started investing in Tesla, i only dreamed of owning one. Taking stock in the company and making other wise investments has helped make that dream a reality.
