Amex Hilton Surpass ($95 annual) is offering a 130,000 HH points and $130 statement credit offer for new card members who spend 2000 in 3 months.

Alternatively, Amex Hilton Honors (no annual fee) is offering 100,000 HH points and a $100 statement credit for new card members who spend 1000 in first 3 months (arguably, making this the best no annual fee sign up bonus available right now).

Good deal on the Hilton Honors but the Surpass offer is not really a deal. I have seen better deal on this card.

Good deal on the free card. I think when I signed up I got 120k or 150k points, but no cash. Been 3 years ago though. I would take this offer if I was looking for a deal on a free card w/o spending tons of money to get the bonus.

Just got my 130K points declined after $2K in spend within first 3 months. Below was the reason provided. Anyone has similar experience?

Based on your history with credit Card balance transfers, American Express welcome offers, introductory APR offers, or the number of Cards you have opened and closed, you are not eligible to receive the welcome offer. We have not yet performed a credit check. Would you still like to proceed?
Please note: American Express may consider experience with both American Express products and other card issuers as a part of our decision.

I got that I was not eligible for the bonus with no reason given
Called and said I had a similar offer in the past but never had the surpass card
I think it was my business card I got over a year ago
I tried with my wife and it went through although we have both had the regular no fee card for a long time now
Btw the surpass card has $95 annual fee but it is waved for the first year

So basically, there is no way to get those offer points applied. Correct?

I see the statement credit on both cards are gone now, but just asking for opinion, given Hilton rewards have devalued in recent years, like a room in Gatlinburg TN is 60K points or $370 a night, you get like 2 nights with the 95/yr card, is it worth it?
