I was just on a chat with a Costco rep about the $150 gift card for spending $751+ a couple weeks ago. After saying I didn't qualify, I told her I took screenshots of the products (a tip provided by a fellow SD-er, thank you whoever you are), and emailed them to Costco while we were on the chat. She then confirmed that I was indeed eligible and that I would be getting the card via email in about a week. If anyone wants the chat transcript, please message me,.

Refund/cashier employee here. Price adjustment and shop card promo are two different things and the refund desk can't do anything about the promo. The best thing is to do what you suggest. Buy another one in store and do a refund. Make sure you have the original receipt of the first purchase in hand because it will make it easier. When you don't have a receipt, they will scan your membership and then the product or type it in the system and the latest receipt/purchase price will come up.

I am not sure what the situation is right now, however 3 years ago I had purchased washer and dryer which had a promotion gift card rebate. I hadn't received my rebate and so I checked on the rebate checker website and contacted them on the listed number. They said that I was not eligible for the rebate. On further digging I realized that this was third party working on behalf of Costco to manage rebates. Frustrated, I contacted Costco directly and they confirmed that I was eligible for the rebate and they contacted the gift card processor to set things straight. As another poster suggested please take screenshots to have proof of the offered promotion on your purchase. I did not have any such proof but Costco handled it well at the end.

ETA: Store won't honor it, says online and in store are two different retailers basically.

I have the Mini 2 from Costco, and it's been amazing what it's able to do. You might just check your area to see if you have any restrictions due to proximity to an airport, because DJI will lock you out from taking off on certain areas of critical fight paths. You have an option of acknowledging responsibility in the marginal risk areas so you can take off.
Aside from that, it's pretty much fool proof with all the safeguards they have against losing it, with GPS and auto return to home.
I've gotten a range of 1900 feet before starting to lose communication, but that's at lower altitude in area with trees and wifi interference, which isn't optimal for range.

just called costco and i was told they are running behind in delivery of costco shop card for the previous promotion and will be sent in emails starting tomorrow.
