Apologies for your lack of expendable income. Work harder or go be jealous elsewhere. Nobody here cares about your finances.

BTW my 77" G1 looks great in the bathroom.

Does the 4 years warranty stack on to the included 5 year warranty from LG for 9 years total?

No, there is no need for extended warranty on G series

On my previous OLED (65 C7), LG covered parts to replace the panel for burn-in, but I had to cover labor. For reference, I paid $250 labor (that was in the SF Bay Area this year).

I picked up a 77 G1 in January, and it's fantastic, although the main driver for the upgrade was size, the other features, while nice, weren't worth it coming from my C7.

I've bought from them in the past and I'm not sure if it was just me or if it's standard practice but they just put the money back on my card instead of issuing a Visa gift card as they claim.

I have a lot of red burn-in on my 65C7. Do you think I should ask for a panel replacement?

Definitely worth a shot, but it's likely a long one at this point depending on when you bought it. They were informally offering panel replacements within 4 years of purchase to original owners. I had bought my C7 in Feb of 2018, and got my replacement in Jan 2022. The best way to engage LG seems to be via DM on Twitter; they wanted pictures of the burn in as well as my receipt.
