From everything I read, the memory foam tips are both more comfortable and better at noise isolation. I just ordered mine so haven't tested personally.

Surely by just wiping with some cloth? Saw that they're easy to clean in a review, guessing it's like cleaning standard foam earplugs. One benefit of these over the cheap tips is a wax guard.

The Buds Pro have an oval nozzle, so I don't think these are likely to work on other earbuds.

I have the opposite problem. I have the top-of-the-line Sony earbuds and their foam tips are very uncomfortable for me so I switched them with silicone tips. I wonder if these Comply tips would work on the Sony earbuds or is there some reason why they would only work on Google buds?

If you go to Comply's website, you'll be able to see which ones are compatible. These tips are very specific to the Buds Pro. They were taken off the market for months and redesigned because of a flaw.
