I ordered this same build almost a month ago from HP and it hasn't shipped yet so be wary of that if you need it soon. HP is notorious for delaying expected ship dates.

The 5600g cpu launched on 2021, but yeah, the GPU is a bit dated, not bad for the price though.

maybe you just woke up from a 4 year coma but there has been a global pandemic and variety of other factors that have basically made it impossible to find even 2019-era GPU's for any less than 2-3x their MSRP until literally the past few weeks

I've used them both, and they work equally well. It just happened to be higher on the list, even though they both offer the same cash back for HP (7%).

Got it for my kids graduation a few weeks ago - ship supposedly 6/2. I upgraded to 16g memory & 2tb HDD. Isn't there a mod for airflow with these?
