There is no good reason why these should not have replaceable batteries in 2022. The tech is simple. The waste created is massive. I like Tile. Have several. Saved my bacon plenty, especially the wallet and main key ones. The wallet ones are thin and have 3 year battery life. The only Tile I have that doesn't have replaceable battery.

Wow, I thought it was just the slim that had non replaceable batteries... But you can't change the battery in the Mate?

Please stop creating waste & don't buy this garbage. Go for the pro with replaceable batteries

Recently switched to Chipolo from tile. I love that they warn you in real time when you run out of Bluetooth range.
