Seems like a slightly odd combination of parts with 5700G vs 5700X processor as it includes a discrete GPU, but the rest of the build seems ok. 6600 vs 6600XT is another budget cut. The difference between this and some other prebuilt prices would be Costco's 2 year warranty, and that is coming at a bit of a premium. I recently built a PC with a 5600X processor and 6600XT for about $100 more, but now I have a PSU and case that I can use again. As a consumer I've been pleasantly surprised by the ease of MSI support so depending on if you need a PC now or can wait a little longer for new generation of processor and GPU announcements you may save a little in a month or two.

It's so so. For a gaming PC the graphics card is the most important part. For the same money you can buy a PC with a much better graphics card and newer/faster CPU:

Despite being an HP the linked PC has all standard components for upgradability down the road.

The 6600 is entry level card, priced at nearly 1/3rd what the 1080ti was when you account for inflation and consumes half the wattage at full load. Apples / Oranges.

Weird combination. Lose so much processing power with the G CPUs. I would find one that had a dedicated CPU and Graphics card before jumping at this one.

How does this one compared to the HP 40L posted here https://slickdeals.net/f/15855859-omen-40l-desktop-gt21-0148z-amd-ryzen-7-5800x-16gb-ram-512gb-ssd-1tb-hdd-amd-geforce-6600xt-1045#commentsBox
With EPP, it comes out to be 954 before tax.
