I bought this TV earlier for the $2250 price and I am 100% happy with the quality of images. I have a rather bright family room and this TV is just great in the room. Sure I wish I got it for the current $1960 price, but I'm done wheel'n and deal'n for a big screen TV.... I'm just enjoying it now. Thank you SlickDeal members for posting about this TV !

It's a stretch to call them clowns for saying that. You are brazenly extorting them, they knew it and played along. I mean do what you will to get a deal, but they are clowns to offer 10% back in the first place, not for telling you it can't stack.

Verified my military status through ID.ME and it shows at the top of the toolbar that the military discount is active on my account, but still shows as $2,599 at checkout. Under the "My Benefits" tab, it only shows a discount in TV's for the categories Monitor Accessories, Monitors, and TV accessories. So I guess this deal doesn't apply to military.
Since you are military I'll create an EPP account for your for free. DM me I can create EPP account through my intranet. Thanks for your service Sir.

Read user reviews on google. The price that's it's being sold for now should be the actual MSRP. It's not a bad tv but for the hype and desperation that Samsung shills create here, it's totally not worth it.
What reviews are you referring to? Or are you just trolling? 4.6 avg according to Google.

It's 4.5. Click and read recent reviews

I've owned this TV for 5 months now, already had it replaced once. You watch the YouTube reviews and everything looks great and to that end picture is good but there's (what I consider to be) a severe defect that nobody tells you about. (Especially if the TV has been off for a hour or more) when you turn the TV on there's often a delay of about 5-10 seconds where you absolutely can't use the remote control. The example I used to Samsung is that lets say I was watching a loud movie or some music videos during the day on high volume and I turned the TV off, now it's late night and I want to turn the TV on but if I do I'll wake my partner because for about 5s the volume would be stuck on high. No this isn't about SmartHub performance, that's another issue altogether because as a Plex user the performance in the app is slow too but the remote control issue is way worse. I owned a Q60T, then a Q70T and in my house we also have a MU7000 and in 2019 I bought a RU7100 for my sister. I've gotten rid of the 60T and 70T but the point is that I've never experienced any of these problems on any of the TV's mentioned. In fact I've made a number of videos as evidence to show Samsung but Samsung itself has simply responded to say that the device is working within spec so what I'm seeing is normal. I'm a IT enthusiast, into PCs and gadgets and I've never built a new PC where stuff is just slower than the last one and it's a sad sad day when a manufacturer start selling sub par products. My guess is that (if enough people complain about it then) Samsung will fix this problem down the line and say 'oh look, now with better performace'...yes Samsung, thanks for fixing the problem that YOU introduced. Spread the word so that others don't have buyers remorse like I do. I'm already thinking up ways to flog this TV off in the 2nd hand market to buy something else but for now options are limited in South Africa. Gosh I wish Sony would sell us the Bravia Master range...I live in a world where tech goes FORWARD Samsung, not backward. In all my life I've never seen a TV where a remote control doesn't just work when you turn the device on. In my video evidence there was even a weird problem at first where it wasn't showing me the battery power, the problem resolved itself after a day or 2 but nobody commented on that either. PS: Samsung PLEASE fix the 'period of use' field on your site, there's 1-3 months then 6-12? What about 4 or 5 months?

The only one hdmi 2.1 and 3 regular HDMI's was the biggest turn off for me but I'll try it out and return it if it doesn't workout

Are the discounts in the store different depending on your affiliation? Is edu more of a discount than military or samsung employees, etc?? I always thought it was the same, now I'm wondering if not.

Bb price is about 32% more than the current epp price, think thats pretty significant.
Lmao, you don't calculate discounts that way. You just did it in reverse, which always results in a higher number and looks better.

Unfortunately unless you have verified EPP or EDU account it won't work for this deal.
