I picked up the only copy available at my other local Best Buy (Wilkes-Barre, PA) yesterday. It was in the back so I had to have an employee get it for me.
FYI: You can call the national customer service line to have them use the SKU to check the price so you don't have to waste gas going to the store to find out its still $49.99.
That's what I did, though only after the store refused to answer their phone.
This is a limited printing from Limited Run Games, so not every store will have a copy of it.

I looked it up the moment I played and didn't surprise me when I saw it was made by ex Ninja Gaiden devs.
Oh and for fans of the show the game fixed the ending, but you can just see that on youtube.
TLDR: This game is Ninja Gaiden but Samurai Jack.
Like I mentioned in the original post the best thing to do is call the national customer service line and ask for them to look up the in store price. That way you're not wasting your time and gas driving to a store to find out the price is MSRP or close.
Seems very YMMV.
