My guess is they're just clearing excess stock of the watch and phone. The Flip3 was announced/released in August of 2021 and there are a ton of rumors pointing to the Google Watch being released in the next couple months.

Sold out at best buy stores and online. You might get lucky if it comes in stock online (I snagged one earlier this week), but also not sure when the trade in promo ends.
Yes, right now most TMO TIV's are higher than VZW at BB. But VZW is offering higher trade in values on their own site.
VZW phones unlock 60 days after activation when there is no payment due. . .TMO unlocks phones 40 days after activation assuming you own the phone (i.e. pay in full).
None of that matters with trading in these just bought Flip3, as those were pay in full, and BB doesn't care if they are unlocked or not.
Yes, can turn around and trade Flip3 for $600 BB GC, no purchase necessary.
Or go into store and get $800 TIV towards an unlocked Sammy phone
Or trade the Flip3 for $700 TIV credit towards a TMO variant phone.

Since all of the Tmobile version of Flip Z 3 are out of stock, I am planning to sign up w/ Verizon to get the Verizon version of Flip Z 3 for $499 and will pay it off (getting the watch while I am at it). My goal is to use the paid off Verizon FZ3 as a trade in for the S22U w/ Samsung TIV of $800. Do yo know if it's possible to cancel services w/ Verizon once I complete the transaction i just describe w/o incurring service charges w/ Verizon?

Will TM Filp Z 3 come back in stock? I have payment plan for Iphone 13 pro max with TM and billing employer. I want to stick with TM by upgrading to Filp Z 3. Flip screen is nice to read docs on the road.

You will be surprised, there are quite a few Samsung Watch fanboys and also not everyone spends hours on slickdeals . I am hoping to sell 3rd one close to $220.
What I learnt from other deals that i did from Verizon is, you need to call them and provide your phone number, you need to tell them to cancel the port in request and cancel an account, you do not need to activate the line in order to cancel the line but you MUST make sure they completely close out the account and cancel port in request or else you won't be able to port in any other numbers in future.

If you signed up through BB , you should have gotten email from BB with a pdf attachment which you number and account number.
