What's the strategy to eat nuts in moderation? Shelled in nuts slow you down and take longer to eat, so that helps a bit. Although anything salty, savory, and crunchy especially nuts and chips are easy to overeat. You can put away 500 plus calories in a short time and not feel satiated

Put on tight pants and binge on something else first until you feel super fat and you have to unbutton your pants just to breathe, then start on the nuts.

Didn't think Pistachios could get any better until I accidently bought the "roasted and salted" flavor. Now I grab a bag anytime I'm in Costco...

This deal comes out better price per Oz than Costco, so I'm picking up a few. Thanks OP!

It helps if you don't snack straight out of the bag. Use a small serving bowl instead, that way you'll be more mindful of your portion intake. You can also use nuts as a meal enhancer- use it as salad topping, make your own trail mix, add to desserts, etc.
