Serif follows 2020 model The Frame specs, meaning 43" is 60hz and no VRR. Also likely to have a much worse panel overall in terms of contrast, brightness.
https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews...ifferences

I suggest 55" and up, the 43 is really not a good deal because it's a much worse TV, when the 55 is $550, it's an incredible deal for an incredible TV. One of the ONLY 4k120VRR TVs with amazing (5000+) true native contrast and good black uniformity. Meaning none of the downsides of OLED (burn in, low brightness) and none of the downsides of local dimming (blooming, detail crush, poor response time)

The only other TVs that exist that match this spec are Frame 2020-2022 over 55", and Q70A over 55". All of which cost quite a bit more.
The Frame's One Connect box can be seen as a upside, or a downside, as it has an expensive proprietary cable, and needs a place to put the box.

Truly the best deal I've seen on a TV fit for Movies, TV, Gaming, or Monitor use. The design is a plus or minus depending on taste, but for those who like the look, it will never get better than this. Get the 55" or 65", the 43" is built differently and not nearly as good.

Yup, very odd that 55 inch has VRR and the 43 inch does not.

For gaming I would pick the 55 inch in a heartbeat.

Any deals on the 2022 frames yet? Guess that's a long way away. Need a good 50 in set that doesn't pick up window glare.

That stand does not look like it would hold up to pets
Or children. And it's ugly IMO.

You might want to give him one more chance. Even if he broke your TV he is still yours.
