no and no
16oz plastic bottle has a height of 8"
12oz beer bottle has a height of 9.09"

Even if you take out the inner tray, these only have an interior height of 7.9"

Also, these will only get to approximately 30 degrees colder than the ambient (environment in which it is placed) temperature. They WILL NOT get cold enough for most items
I do not understand why most people think they are a replacement for a mini fridge, these are more of a toy than anything

I did catch that last part when trying to find measurements for it. I guess if you're in the house and its somewhere between 68 and 72 then a 40 degree "beverage" would be fine, but I bet the 32 degrees is not something to bank on.

I got the Budweiser version over a year ago for $6. It's not bad but not worth using due to only being able to cool aluminum cans and not water bottles. So I have a great looking Budweiser Mini Fridge on my bookshelf.
