Because it performs like around the $150 earbuds. It outperforms earbuds the Jabra Elite 75t in neutral sound and even the Jabra Elite 85t in neutral sound according to rtings. Read rtings. The Jabra Elite 85t is on sale for $199 (msrp $229) at best buy today. No comparison to the overpriced airpods 2nd gen or 3rd gen too and rtings says so. I have the airpods 2nd gen (waste of money) and my jbl earbuds sound much better, has better fit and far better noise isolation. Airpods 3rd gen has a $179 msrp. How about the Beats Studio Buds with $150 msrp? Garbage with a laughable 6.7 neutral sound. Anker Soundcore better? Nope. Skullcandy? Nope.

Mediocre at best!! Not worth the original price of $150. Even at $40, there are better options. Disappointing pair of headphones from JBL. Will be returning mine.

What are the better options that you speak of? Name me some. I am looking to buy a pair of earbuds and I want to spend less than $50. After like a billion hours, my first pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds+'s right ear bud is discharging quicker and the case appears to not hold a charge for a long time.

I've returned a pair of these because the earbuds didn't like to charge every time when I would put them back in their charging case. Had to kinda wiggle them and push them down. Returned them for another pair and they also do the same thing. The sound quality is pretty good. Bought em because of the rtings review. But they're definitely not worth the original $150 msrp. Blows my mind that these off brand tozo earbuds and enacfire earbuds are designed better when it comes to putting the earbuds in their case and charging every time. It's extra annoying because I have to open up the JBL app on my phone and make sure the earbuds aren't showing up to be sure that they're actually in the case, charging properly.

I'd consider these if I hadn't already gone with the reflect flow slickdeal about 4 weeks ago. They lasted about 3 weeks before the right one no longer would charge.
