Yeah, this is why I have shipping is free for Walmart+ Members or on orders $35+ in title and body but I can update that otherwise shipping is $5.99.

Also, Walmart offers 30-Day Trial of Walmart+ [walmart.com]

Definitely not regional; it's been dropping to that price on and off for a couple of weeks now.

I noticed when it went back to $9.88 and purchased with the $5.99 shipping. Now I'm trying to find out if my local Best Buy will price match if I show my proof of purchase. Then I'll cancel the Walmart order.

Dang, missed it. I hope it goes back down again, I'll have GameStop price match it. Between the $5 monthly pro rewards & points I have = free. I was able to get The Last of Us 2 for free earlier this month as well.
