Got it from the Home Depot $75 clearance, currently sits in my garage as my wife with thick hair has issues getting the shampoo and conditioner out. Also applies to thick curly hair. I loved it but the wife won out 🤓. The one in my garage is way cheaper than targets lolol

I have 2 shower heads (rainfall and wall), might be good option for the wall head.

Wow I was considering buying this when it first launched at $400…glad I didn't but at $115 not too bad for a try.

From what I've read, it's a mist shower (a few described it similar to when you're in line at Disney/six flags and you finally get hit with that Mist in the summer)

I work for the biggest Moen dealer in our area and I was the first person from there to buy one. It sucks major balls. I pulled it off after just a couple of weeks. The rep ended up giving me a different hand shower to say sorry lol. I wouldn't even put this up if it was free.

So I ended up liking this a lot more than the wife. Wife wants the tear-your-scalp-off water pressure while I like rain setups. We have two shower head setup in our bathroom so we each get to use our preferred shower head.
Some positives:
  • The mist spreads out well so you get covered.
  • I have long, straight, thick hair and do not have a problem with getting shampoo and conditioner off. It is currently about 3" past my shoulders since I haven't had a haircut since COVID.
  • My showers are probably 5ish minutes with a normal shower head and this thing. Didn't feel like I had to stay in longer.
  • You can move the shower head itself up and down so you can get it closer/further from your head if you wanted to.
  • It is warm when it hits your head and will roll down warm so it isn't like your feet will feel cold. It is strange to describe.
  • You can shove the shower head to the left or right. Really useful if you're just warming up the water.
  • You get covered and drenched with this shower head.
  • I haven't had a clogged nozzle yet and it's been a little over a year. Wife's shower head does get clogged pretty often since we have hard water. I mean you can get a shower head with the rubber nozzles that you can push to unclog to make it easier as well. Can't get a decent place for a water softener due to how our pipes run into the house.
Some negatives:
  • The magnetic wand thing sucks. You can knock it off the magnet pretty easily.
  • You can't turn off the shower head to use just the wand. You either get the shower head or shower head + wand.
  • It does feel colder if you were to sit down floor-level and scrub your feet or something. You're further from the shower head so the mist cools down dramatically before it hits you. It is fine if you just stand and scrub though, or probably if you had a stool or those foldout wall seats.

This showerhead is like standing underneath an outdoor mister. Very weak and ineffective at getting your body clean.

I got this unit last year, sprays really well specially with the wire filter removed. I got a sliding bar to put the attachment on instead of the stationary side mount.

If it takes you 10 mins to take a shower it'll take you 25 with this shower head 😂
lol... it looks like it. From lots of practice in field showers, I can take a shower from top to bottom in 3 minutes with about 3 gallons of water that I turn off while washing. Personally, I don't want or need a water saver that regulates water that simply takes longer to rinse while typically using the same amount of water to get the job done.
==============
Meanwhile, the plastic slow flow OP with tape to hold on wall screams of annual or less replacement. It is not like you are also getting the valve included for $141.

Preferring a shower faucet slide bar, I purchased the last two brushed, all metal SS on aliexpress or alibaba for less than $50 delivered. Most of these are made in China, so going direct saves a bunch. No, they are not Kohler, but better quality than the plastic junk that are about $10. And sure, you have to anchor to the wall by drilling holes, but they don't fall off.

They certainly didn't blow up like they'd originally thought. So much media and PR hype for them. Seems most don't really care that much for them. Clearly there's a reason they've had to reduce the price so much to move them.

I bought one a while back and returned it after the 3rd shower. Pro is you save water. Cons are many. The mist is colder and further away from your body you go, it gets cold. Also the mist can get a little annoying after a few minutes hitting your skin. But none the less, buy this if you want your boy parts to invert inside of you Smilie

Am I in the minority in hating rainfall shower heads? I really don't like having water coming straight down on my head when in the shower. I'm looking for a good high flow head without a hand attachment. Anyone have any suggestions?

Seems quite interesting, but based on reviews it also seems surely destined for the clearance bin. I'm super curious to try it, but with all that's involved with the install on a setup like this, I'm not drilling holes in my tile and all that just to give something a try that it seems like has a 50% or greater return rate.
Install is easy comes with everything even plumbers tape and takes about 15 min

No drilling
