  1. Visit a participating corporate store location (strongly recommended, as pricing/fees can vary at non-corporate 'authorized dealer' locations).
    • How to find a corporate store: click Here, select 'Filter', check the 'corporate' box, then search by zip code.
  2. Port-in a non-T-Mobile/T-Mobile-based MVNO (i.e. Mint Mobile) number to a new line on Metro's $40/month (or higher) prepaid plan
    • Number must not have been active on the T-Mobile network within the past 180 days.
  3. Purchase 64GB Apple iPhone 11 at sign-up for $99.99 (applicable sales tax will be due at time of sign-up)
    • A one-time $20 activation fee applies
  4. Price: $99.99 (phone) + 1-month of the $40 prepaid plan + $20 activation fee = $159.99 total + tax

Metro is a dirtball company. They hire scammy people who are trained to try shady stuff all of the time. Even the corporate stores have become shady. Stay away from these scammers and give your money to a more reputable company rather than these POS losers.

I went to Metro CS and they refused to port in google voice number.
I unlocked my google voice (3$) and also gave them google voice pin number but they declined.

I live in an area that exclusively has franchise stores. No corporate stores available. My local store tried to charge me $260 so I walked away. They also told me that I must purchase the $60 plan in order to get the device for $99. She also rung in a charger and claimed that it "was included".
