There is an amazing soundcore app with a ton of presets for the EQ. You can also manually customize it how you want it if the presets aren't enough for you.

Bass is good too, and can be adjusted even if you don't like Bass. these are the same model as the life q30. bought mine from the same seller and it looked brand new. it still had the factory stickers on it.

This is a good f****** deal. I just bought a pair and they are awesome. Especially after you EQ it. Bass is good too, and can be adjusted even if you don't like Bass. these are the same model as the life q30. bought mine from the same seller and it looked brand new. it still had the factory stickers on it.

  • eBay says certified refurbished means new accessories, when applicable. Do the pads count as accessories (I'm not sure)?
  • Previous posters (search for anker lifecore threads) suggest that they often come with factory stickers still in place. Believe that's a YMMV without confirmation. Seller hasn't made a guarantee that they have never been worn, and i wouldn't buy expecting that to be the case.
I took the gamble at this price point.

How are the earpads on this comfort-wise? It seems they are pleather, which would probably eventually crack due to oils/sweat. Can the ear pads be replaced with velour ones or any replacement pads at all?

It seems that the Q30 headphones don't allow using ANC over a wired connection and requires bluetooth to be on. Is it the same for these headphones as well?

These are very comfortable. If you are using the wired option you cannot turn the headphones at all or use ANC. If you can find a better set of headphones at this price please let me know. I seriously doubt it though.

This was my next planned headphone purchase once my refurbished q35s bit the dust but this price is too good to resist they can live on my shelf for a while (and the nerd in me wants to compare sound quality of the q30 equiv vs the much more expensive q35.) Thanks OP!
