Looks like 59.5% for the 300 nit IPS display, based on notebookcheck's review. They say Lenovo offers a 100% sRGB option but I don't see that listed on Lenovo's build-your-own page.
I recently purchased a ThinkBook (https://slickdeals.net/share/iphone_app/fp/719902) for my wife to do office tasks (word, excel) and internet browsing. Do you think the ThinkPad would be a better buy for her use case? One thing I like about the ThinkPad is double the memory to keep the laptop usable longer. The screen on the ThinkBook is excellent, however: 13.3" 2560x1600 (16:10) 300-nit IPS with 100% sRGB.

Keep the ThinkBook if you use the built-in display often because ThinkPads aren't known for having great displays.
