$50 drop, need a bigger discount since new ones are coming out. Would take the ProArt OLED over this.

This laptop is for someone who wants a well built ultrabook that is fast both for content creation and gaming. There really isn't a better one in the price range for these purposes.

if you just want content creation OR gaming in an ultrabook there are better options, but this does both

I dunno gonna be waiting a long time. The 2022 versions that are substantially faster than this one start at $2149. other than cpu this $1449 one is overall better spec'd than the $1649 2022 model. also pretty annoyed they removed the fingerprint scanner in the new one and instead went with face unlock.

You check out these Tongfang chassis laptops. Around 2 kg for a 15'' gaming laptop. For example, some of the eluktronics and cyberpowerpc laptops.

Zephyrus G series can be a good option as well.
