I had purchased 2 pairs of goggles and 2 helmets the last sale they had and the only issue I had was one helmet was clearly used with tons of hairs and scratches in it. They ship from Amazon. They sent out a new one after a couple email exchanges and sent a prepaid label for the return of the used one. No issues.

I Have purchased 3-4 snow and bike helmets from them last year with no issues. one was purchased by me mistakenly and I had to pay $10 for return shipping, but thats on me. otherwise the store seems legit and appears to have a store front in southern California.
