I had purchased 2 pairs of goggles and 2 helmets the last sale they had and the only issue I had was one helmet was clearly used with tons of hairs and scratches in it. They ship from Amazon. They sent out a new one after a couple email exchanges and sent a prepaid label for the return of the used one. No issues.
I ordered one of the bike helmets below for just shy of $42.

Been using non-MIPS road/MTB helmets on single track for decades. Watched a buddy crack the back of his helmet last year (the polystyrene made a loud gnarly snapping sound). His crash prompted me to upgrade.
