I am not sure about Amex, but it has worked in few cases in the past for me with chase offers. Did anyone try stacking Amex offer with Paypal offer for this one?

No. They are neutral shoes.

Ultraboosts are for jogging and walking. Speeds and Pros are for running.

Endorphin Speed 2 is a nylon plated tempo/racing shoe that I do not see appropriate for standing or expectation of maximum cushioning. It has an aggressive roll profile to promote speed and efficiency with forward motion. They CAN be used for longer distance daily training but shine for faster work/shorter distances. I would not compare this model to adidas UB or Hoka shoes. These are a performance shoe, not a plush cushioned-style shoe. Maybe look at the Triumph 19 or Ride 14/15 should you want more of a daily shoe.
How does these shoes compare to Crocs?

If you like the Speed or Speed 2 stock up now. The forthcoming Speed 3 looks to be a very different shoe and IS NOT based on the Pro/Pro 2 like the Speed/Speed2 is. It could be for the better or not, you know how this "improvements" go: feast or famine, and to modify another cliche, the devil you know here is cheaper than the devil you don't know. Haha.
I bought one pair of Speed 2 w/ Run Shield for the colder months and one pair of regulars. I still have one brand new pair of the original Speed so I should be good for another year and by then the speed 3 will be on clearance and we'll know if it's worth the coin.
