I got one of these for like $80 in store a few years ago, The batteries on it seem to have gone bad though, does anyone have any recommendations for replacement batteries or is it just easier/cheaper to get a whole new unit?

Crack it open and see what batteries are installed. I have some 1500va ones and I believe the replacements can be found most anywhere a lot cheaper than buying a new unit. Google is your friend. Smilie

It might be a 12v sla motorcycle battery, I've replaced one with this https://www.acehardware.com/depar...lsrc=aw.ds but it might not be the exact same model that I had - open it up and check

Might be their every day price but it's still a good bit cheaper than the same or comparable model elsewhere.

12v 7.5ah batteries inside. You can replace them with just about any 12v 7.5 - 9 ah batteries.

I like the sigmas tek and duracell batteries as replacements.

still under warranty? They sent me new batteries for free. Just required costco receipt which I had reprinted in store.

Is this good as a surge protector for a desktop with a 3080? Looking for a surge protector but I guess people are really picky when it comes to them now.
