Costco has the best price at the moment. If you purchase from Costco, be sure to use your Costco Citi Visa card for the extended warranty.

While it might not have all the looks, bells and whistles of the pro . It is currently the 6th fastest iPad available . A very capable tablet for the price .

If you are not in a rush, then wait for the next generation coming later this year, albeit it will likely be in the 4th quarter. If you need something sooner, than buy an M1. As for iMac versus an MacBook, they're totally different products. If you don't need the portability of a laptop, and want a bigger screen, than the iMac is likely a better option. But if you need a portable device, and I don't mean a tablet, then a MacBook is better. Make sure you know what you want to use the device for first.

If you are buying this for a gift or for a student, 64gb is very tough to work with- even with cloud storage, it can cause the juggling of apps (having to un-install/re-install to make the device usable).

If you're buying this for personal use (and know you don't need the storage) and just using it as a larger screen for streaming you're probably GTG.

so I pay 60$ a year for the membership, forced to use a debit card because that is my only visa, then they want $5 to ship to home or store?

what kind of scam is this?
You don't have to use a Visa on the website. Mastercard and Discover are also accepted.

Someone on SD just said they're getting rid of it very VERY soon.
No more extended warranties. Can't find the link right now.

If you're buying the membership for this one iPad, you're doing it wrong.

Costco saves me thousands every year!

Agreed. My sources say there's a price hike coming of +$20 but IMO it's not worth it to save $30 and go earlier gen at this point.

Apparently you can price match at Best Buy so not really a scam at all. BB will take all most credit cards, debit cards and maybe even platelets if you want to donate those.

I've known many a person who said the same thing, as they walked out with thousands of dollars of things they wouldn't buy except for "look at they price, that's a great price". Employee of the Month made an entire movie making fun of Costco and the shoppers.
