Yeah, this will be my third one in the last five years or so. They feel luxurious when you first get them, but just aren't the same after washing a few times. I never had one fall apart on me, but they just lose their soft, fluffy feeling after awhile. I do see in the reviews other people have issues with theirs coming apart when washing, not sure why. They are excellent mats when you first get them; just plan on replacing them every so often. For under eight dollars, they're hard to pass up.
