I bought CP 2077 from GOG last year, when trying to activate the key, it said that the key was in use. After submitting a ticket, the investigation took 5 months- they said that the seller was selling duplicate keys and refunded me. After that I never bought anything from GOG Eneba again. Not sure if things have changed and they actually filter out the scammers.
Instead I just bought CP 2077 yesterday from epic games for $22ish after taxes with their 25% coupon added to the discounted price.
When claiming your keys there is a process to confirm you bought for the correct region to avoid issues like this. Just bought / redeemed another 3 games from this sale without issue.
I have bought probably 15 games from them. One key did not work and after submitting a request and info got a prompt refund within a day.

Bought a key for the wrong region. They wouldn't trade it for the right region so I wanted a refund but they took off a 10% transaction fee. Support also takes 3-5 days to reply. Never shopping here again.

This. I was intentionally buying an out-of-region key for a UK friend recently and was prompted and reminded several times that I might not be able to redeem it from the states. I've used the site perhaps a dozen times without issue, though admittedly only in the past six months.
Is there a way to avoid the transaction fee Enaba charges, which raises the stated prices of these games? Otherwise, I can't seem to checkout without paying more than the prices in OP.

Are you an Eneba employee, or slickdeals employee? I also once bought a game on Eneba that worked for about a week, and then Microsoft took it away because the seller bought a ton of codes with stolen credit cards. I would rather avoid this BS.
Edit: This is also why I don't like slickdeals anymore. About half of the posts seem to be advertisements.

You say 'GOG Eneba' there. I'm pretty sure your problem was not with GOG. Gog is a legit game store thats been around for a long time. Your problem was from Eneba beig a marketplace buying keys from random people.

I think you can pay using their "Eneba Wallet" and avoid those charges, I think.
Good luck.

Nah, just someone who likes getting digital games for the cheapest possible price. Every time I see a Slickdeals post with a steam game for sale I check enebas prices and they are always cheaper.
