I think they (WB Games) have some kind of patent on it, which is why you dont see it in almost any other games. I would love to see it in other games.

Each orc enemy in the game has a unique design, name, personality, strengths and weaknesses. They exist in a hierarchy. They can also have relationships with other orcs, such as blood brothers or enemies. Their dialog with the player develops based on your past encounters with them and how you play the game. E.g., if you kill one, he can come back to life and will reference your past battle. If you decapitated him, his head would be sewn back with stitches. If he killed you, he will rise in rank and his dialogue will reflect that when you encounter him next. You also recruit them and build your own army of orcs. They can accompany you in battle and you can send them on missions. It's a pretty ingenious system that is not found in any other games. Both titles for $6 is a steal.

It shouldn't be legal for WB Games to patent such a fantastic AI game system like the Nemesis system.
