i have 3 thinkpoint keyboard, the orignal one under IBM (with cable permanently attached), this one, and the USB C/wireless one.
get the the wireless one if you can. the micro usb port on this device is, IMHO, quite weak and easily bent.

3-year warranty... nice.
UK version... too refined for my Engerish.
👉🚀UPDATE: I contacted Lenovo and they stated the keyboard is in fact the US version. The website is incorrect.

I own several of the wireless variant and it is a pretty great keyboard for what it is. I might even go as far as to say it's my end-game keyboard. After my current mechanical keyboard dies, I may just keep using these forever. I use with each of my laptops as well as my Nvidia Shield so I can navigate from the couch with ease. The scissor switches are solid and keys feel nice, every press feels intentional with no accidental clicks. If the wired version has a weak port, might be worth it to just invest in a short extension cable to reduce pressure on it.

lenovo would not price match accessory within 30 invoice days. Could not get my $4 ....
Overall this is very good keyboard dispite the micro-usb quality. But with 3-Y warranty not a problem.

Great for ppl who are proficient with the trackpoint. Basically allows both hand on KB at all time while allowing you move the mouse.

Is it possible to convert an old ThinkPad laptop into Bluetooth / network keyboard using Linux and other tools?

Is there a Thinkpad keyboard with the number pad that is NOT attached to one of their laptops? Being able to use one with my eyes and hands centered on the screen would be wonderful.
