SlickDeals SD Cashback Redemptions Unavailable For Weeks

Anyone has info from SlickDeals Support that they can post or other info sources regarding the webpage

has a Cashback Redemption unavailable notice for close to a month since I first noticed it:
Redeeming for PayPal and Gift Cards are still down for maintenance and updates. We expect to have these back up and running in a few more business days! Thanks for your patience.

Since a few business days has passed 20 times plus over since the message has been posted, sounds like Cashback offers really aren't. Thanks.

Sorry for the delay - redemptions are back on today! We had some maintenance that took longer than expected but we're back up and running now Smilie

Thanks, now if you could just reduce the minimum redemption increment from a rather high multiples of $10 increment to $1 increments or even to the penny, that would be extremely helpful.

On the positive side, redemptions to PayPal are processed instantly into the available PayPal balance.

Unfortunately we get charged transaction fees that make it less economical to enable redemptions at lower values. We're looking to see if we can lower some thresholds though!
