Our friends who lives literally across the main street from us have AT&T Fiber, but the service is not available for us. What the hell? Did they just run their fiber up to across the street and say let's screw that whole neighborhood over there? It's literally only about 300ft away.

Used to pay $60 with equipment for 1G line that got increased to $70 a few months back. ATT has been raising price on that.

The strange part is that it auto-filled my name and email in the middle of the process. I could have tried to go full-stealth with using incognito mode, a roommates name, etc, but it didn't seem necessary because the checkout process was smooth and I recieved all of the "new customer" emails, etc, shortly after checkout.

I did not receive "ACTNOW" $100 unfortunately. I took a screen shot. Can you please let me know what is the best way to reach out and get missing a visa card without any hassles ? I am bit worried about dumb customer service agent, so how to describe very easily this issue ? They might play dumb about this promotion. Thanks friend.

i tried chat option when i did not get my reward card for ACTNOW but for some reason the chat session always errored out. i finally called them and got my card process started. The agent took basic info and i was able to get the card show up on the site in 2 days.
i would recommend calling 800-288-9983
