Our friends who lives literally across the main street from us have AT&T Fiber, but the service is not available for us. What the hell? Did they just run their fiber up to across the street and say let's screw that whole neighborhood over there? It's literally only about 300ft away.

Used to pay $60 with equipment for 1G line that got increased to $70 a few months back. ATT has been raising price on that.

I used this one too. Did not helpped. But before they were seeking apartments or high concentrated places. I see some form fields has been changed. Filled the form just in case. Thank you!
My problem is the fiber availability is across a 4 line road. But to get to development the entrance is on the side. Where I see cables are entering. But again. I do not see underground cables. I do not know what is going on. But i have ran addresses across the street and even 5Gbps is available. Smilie
I do get a good cellphone speed, like 200Mbps from 5G with AT&T. A good Internet backup.

Already have ATT Fiber, just signed up for this with another member of the household as my 12 month promo expires in 2 weeks. In for $450 credits. Realized, the best thing to do is keep switching internet accounts in different names of householders. The only thin you lose is maybe 1-2 days of internet as they cannot activate the new account until you cancel the old one. Did this last year and got $55/month for 12 months for 500mbps with $300 in gift cards.

Seeing "includes 1tb per month" in the my plan section (Fiber 300 for me). Did they add data caps?

Trust me - I have done this 3 times now - I change providers every year or so in my area - and AT&T has failed to deliver on these rebates 3 times now for me - and has MULTIPLE class action lawsuits ongoing in every state by people who were told they would get these rebates. At most - you get $100 - then they tell you the others will come later. When they don't - you call to have them say their rebates specialists dont have access to your account - or have no record of the $300 - or that it is being sent in the mail - or that a supervisor is reviewing the case. Whatever happens, you will NEVER EVER EVER get your rebates - I PROMISE you. Google "AT&T Rebate Scam" or "AT&T Rebate Class Action". Good luck trying to take AT&T to court - they will simply delay the case. Honestly folks - if you do this - just remember what I said, and do it only if you don't need the rebate.

I had the same issue. everyone on my street has it but me. I talked to chat and they escalated it up to the backend team. Turns out my house was disabled and they enabled it for me yesterday and now the availability checker shows that I have coverage on their website!Give it a try

I called this 800 number. As expected, Lady from the customer service acted dumb. She said I cannot do anything until 30 days over. I asked if you can start manually but I was told that she cannot check in her system. I activated service on Jun 1st.

Did you call after 30 days of activation ? Thanks.

Does this require a contract? I looked but didn't see where you were required to keep it for a year or anything. I did see where you had to keep it for a month or so to get the card, though.
