Our friends who lives literally across the main street from us have AT&T Fiber, but the service is not available for us. What the hell? Did they just run their fiber up to across the street and say let's screw that whole neighborhood over there? It's literally only about 300ft away.

Used to pay $60 with equipment for 1G line that got increased to $70 a few months back. ATT has been raising price on that.

That explains it! I had been trying really hard to get my ASUS router to get full speed but only got half the gig. I ended up just using their gateway directly.

There are lots of reasons behind, even if you do have fiber under the ground. 1. Competitor companies buy out the service in your area and that street is the border. 2. If you live in an apartment, the apartment may have collaboration or contract with service companies 3. It could be true that your building constructer doesn't have fiber installed

My fiber was installed/activated yesterday and I got my first $200 reward email today. I also got the email for ETF reward as well.

I got mine in February. Only received a $100 card had to call for the rest. Besides that installation and modem were free and speed is really awesome

Anyone get equal up and down speed? I am getting about 1/3 up only. And only got the 150 cash card. After 100 install fee that's like 50 only.
