Our friends who lives literally across the main street from us have AT&T Fiber, but the service is not available for us. What the hell? Did they just run their fiber up to across the street and say let's screw that whole neighborhood over there? It's literally only about 300ft away.

Used to pay $60 with equipment for 1G line that got increased to $70 a few months back. ATT has been raising price on that.

I'm already an ATT wireless customer and it says I can a $300 Visa card. Can I do any better? None of the coupon codes seem to work.

I was required to submit my previous internet bill with ETF to claim the reward. However, I do not have one. I previously shared my internet with my roommate, and the bill is not with my name. I have just moved into the current address. What should I do now?

Just got the email for my last two rewards. I got the $200 card email 2 days after activation last week and got the 2 $100 card emails just a few hours ago.

That doesn't seem right at all. I got service one week ago, and all $450 showed up in my reward center. I did call this number on Tuesday and they assured me everything was in their system - 800-288-9983. They're available M-F only though

Anybody signed up via chat? I chatted with an agent on 7/1/22 and she signed me up and promised that I will get a total of $350 in visa reward card. The details will come later via emails. However, I didn't receive anything till now except a visa card to cover my ETF (which I don't even have because I moved and ended my xfinity after the agreement expires-and the rep never told me anything about needing an ETF to qualify).

Chatted back with them and they told me something else-that there is a $350 offer but only if I switched from another provide with ETF, and $200 offer but only if I sign up online myself.

Got my physical $200 card in the mail today. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this deal. Got $400 from visa cards, $112.5 from cashback and will get another $75 from bofa cashback credit for paying 2 bills. Plus whatever xfinity ends up charging me for breaking contract. $587.5 will be enough to pay the next 7 months of my internet bills.

I have a couple of questions:

1) Do all the plans (300, 500, and 1 gig) come with the same equipment, the bgw320? Or does the 300 potentially have a lower end gateway

looks like you can get a lower end gateway, probably better off ordering the 1gig at first anyway because of the 50 dollar extra gift card

2) Do you need an ONT to be installed for all 3? Are they installed externally, or will they need to do something on an inside wall in the house?

edit: also in the above link, looks like its all internal now

3) Do they let you schedule installs on weekend? If not, after 5pm weekdays?
