Our friends who lives literally across the main street from us have AT&T Fiber, but the service is not available for us. What the hell? Did they just run their fiber up to across the street and say let's screw that whole neighborhood over there? It's literally only about 300ft away.

Used to pay $60 with equipment for 1G line that got increased to $70 a few months back. ATT has been raising price on that.

AT&T just laid down fiber in our area last month. We currently have non-Fiber (copper line driven) AT&T internet in my name.

The offer terms state "For new residential AT&T Fiber customers"

Wondering if I can just do a straight upgrade order from current AT&T Internet to Fiber to qualify under my existing account and get the rewards. If this works, will save some hassle of setting everything up in parallel under a new account in spouse's name.

Also, if I start with Internet 1000, how soon can I downgrade to 300?

How long after service activation before we receive the redemption emails? It's been 3 days since service went live and haven't received anything yet. Thanks

Did you get any emails with confirmation of what was ordered, codes applied etc?

I am in the same boat as you, got an email saying when the technician will come, service now activated but nothing else.

No, The only thing I have confirming the offers was the screen right before submitting the order which I took a screenshot of.

After sifting thru the comments, i went to the AT&T Reward Center and read in the FAQ that it could take up to 6 weeks to receive the letter / e-mail for reward redemption.

I was wondering if anyone can tell how long it took from activation to receiving the email/letter to gauge if people of getting them sooner and much later?

i got all the reward emails within 5 days of the installation. and i just got my first reward card in the mail (the $200 one)

"Speeds up to 25Mbps" for $55 — what a bad, enduring joke!! Been that way for 20+ years with fiber available at neighbors' houses, but NOT my section of the street.

Could someone update me with the most I could get as a new customer? I've looked through the comments so far and codes seem invalid

So far i'm at $250 in reward cards with a $150 sign up reward + $100 with code FIBERNOW

Any other recommendations to get more?

450 was the most for the last promo. You can try to check out and stop before completing and wait to see if they send a other offer. That's how some people got the extra 100 last time

there was a $200 promo that applied for signing up online. i also used xtra100 and actnow. each code is $100 back
